Great deal – pretty decent classes, but it certainly counts for CA BBS credits which I love as these classes are straightforward and pretty in depth although I would love some of the fresher theory classes on IFS, Somatic theory, self-compassionate approaches that turn symptoms into defense strategy adaptations to stress/trauma in life — seems to help my clients so much more that the old CBT stuff (I will use CBT too but from a different perspective – through a different lens).
